Terms and Conditions

  1. All service packages offered by Ledgers Bookkeeping are subject to a minimum contract term of twelve (12) months.
  2. Minimum charge over twelve (12) months for the BAS MicroBiz service package is $871.00 plus GST.
  3. Minimum charge over twelve (12) months for the BAS Buster service package is $1,788.00 plus GST.
  4. Minimum charge over twelve (12) months for the BAS Buster Plus service package is $4,740.00 plus GST.
  5. Minimum charge over twelve (12) months for the BAS BulkMax service package is $5,140.80 plus GST.
  6. Clients must sign a periodical debit request to debit their nominated bank or credit card account in respect of all fees, if required by our franchisee.
  7. Ledgers Bookkeeping applies a range of fees and charges in respect of accounts that are not paid inside its trading terms, which are strictly seven (7) days from invoice. Fees and charges are detailed in the Company’s Client Agreement.
  8. Hours forming part of the service package maximums of the BAS Buster and BAS Buster Plus service packages that remain unused at the end of any calendar month may not be rolled forward, credited or otherwise used.
  9. Hours forming part of the service package maximum for the BAS BulkMax service package that remain unused at the end of any calendar month may be rolled forward and credited for use within the following three (3) months, after which those hours will lapse.
  10. All billable hours shall be billed in accordance with the relevant billing schedule in increments of fifteen (15) minutes or any part thereof.
  11. A minimum charge of two (2) hours applies on each occasion that a bookkeeper attends your business or other nominated premises, regardless of your availability at the time.
  12. Full Terms & Conditions are contained in the Company’s Client Agreement (Terms and Conditions) and Client Agreement (Items Schedule), which you are required to read and sign before we can commence any work on your behalf.
  13. Ledgers Bookkeeping will require you to provide trade references and may also conduct a credit check on you and/or your business through Veda Advantage (formerly CRAA) before agreeing to provide your business with any service.

  15. Ledgers Bookkeeping, its franchisees and associates will not be bound in any way by the description of the Terms and Conditions provided on this webpage.
