Instant data file access
Tired of chasing bookkeepers for figures?
Ledgers Online provides you and you client with 24 hour access to their most recent data file. Every time our bookkeepers work with your clients’ data, it is uploaded that same day to our secure web portal and can be accessed and downloaded by you in just minutes.
Your client is able to authorise you to access their data file over the Internet. Once authorised, Ledgers issues you with a unique UserID and Password, which you can link to all of your clients that are serviced by a Ledgers bookkeeper. Once you update a data file, you simply upload it to our web portal for future use by your clients’ bookkeeper.
Ledgers Online also allows you and your client to view their billing for the current month, change address or other contact details, download standard Ledgers Bookkeeping forms and a host of other useful functions.
